Software Developer / Analyst

Salary : £19,000-£25,000 - Based on Experience.

Project Database is currently recruiting for an Software Developer / Analyst. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated, attaining at least a 2.1 degree in a software engineering based subject. Non-graduates will be considered if the candidate has experienced 2yrs+ working in the software industry, and is able to demonstrate abilities in the required areas.

The candidate will enjoy working in a small team environment, where it is vital to be enthusiastic about putting forward ideas, as well as being able to construct views on ideas other developers may have. This is mainly a development based role which will be working on the core software product solutions that Project Database provides. The candidate will also be expected to deal with issues that customers may raise, as well as helping to maintain the computer infastructure within the Company.

The candidate will be confident about their abilty in the following technologies :-

Visual Basic 6, MS SQL Server 7/2000, ASP.NET / VB.NET, OO Programming Techniques

Experience of the following technologies is not required but would be considered a significant bonus.

HTML, JavaScript, Crystal Reports, XML, .Net Framework,Exchange Server.
